Just a quick post to point out things i have noticed after a conversation with a highly enlightened person ;-)
Crossfit seems to be the vehicle that Reebok is using to build their brand as they used aerobics in the 80's & 90's. Just look at the similarities
THE OUTFITS....
Competitions... by Reebok
Group workout... (except crossfit is aerobics disguised as "weightlifting" ;-)
Both can be competed in as a sport.
Both Sports / Trends sold merchandise for Reebok not to mention certifications for big ... Continue reading ...
