The "FOOT CLAN"

It seems for the past few years a “new” approach is being used by S&C coaches in that they claim the feet on the athletes body is the ALPHA & OMEGA. For the one reason being that it is the only point of contact the athlete has with the ground or athletic surface. Hamstrings... Tear or not to tear, How? Is the question.

Basically when it comes to problems with hamstring injuries pre-hab is better that re-hab. So if you are already sitting with a hamstring injury you need to see a physiotherapist as soon as possible after you have iced it as soon as possible after the injury.
